I didn’t start out as a UX designer. I started with visuals.

My journey began in 2018 as a Graphic Designer at FPT Retail, where I learned to see design as more than just aesthetics. It became a way to communicate ideas, solve problems, and create meaningful experiences.

In 2019, I moved into UI Design at LayoutHub and discovered my passion for digital products. A year later, I joined Tripath, where I expanded my skills into UX Research, user centered design, prototyping, and product thinking through projects across Vietnam and Korea.

I’m currently a Senior UI/UX Designer at VNG. Previously at FPT Software, I worked on products across AI, Fintech, E-commerce, Aviation, and Government. Along the way, I’ve led projects, collaborated with international teams, consulted on design solutions, and helped turn complex ideas into simple, meaningful digital experiences.

Beyond product design, I also discovered a passion for sharing what I know. Since 2024, I’ve been teaching Figma UI Design at Keyframe, mentoring aspiring designers while continuing to learn from the next generation.

Today, after 6+ years in design, I’m still curious about what’s next. I’m especially interested in the intersection of design, technology, and AI, and how they can come together to create better products and experiences.
